This was the first album released by punk/folk band Moment of Zen. Moment of Zen was the original project of Eric Goldberg, Reed Adler, Skylar Adler, and Danny Goldberg from the Nico Blues. Along with bassist/singer Mike Distasi, this album was released in the summer of 2008. The album is defined by quaint melodies and tongue in cheek lyrics.
